MicroDAQ sells and services the most technically advanced data Loggers and data acquisition products available throughout the world. The booming business outgrew its Contoocook location making it necessary to find a larger and more secure facility. The former Concord Union School transportation garage site was chosen for renovation and expansion.

JH Spain was hired to expand and build out 7,400 square feet of the property according to company needs. The project required expanding the second floor as well as upgrading and modernizing all MEP systems. Also included were new paving, landscaping, awnings and surface finishes throughout. The work has resulted in better efficiencies in customer fulfillment and operations.
